Waterworks is a luxury bath and kitchen brand renowned for its timeless design, expert craftsmanship, and elevated client experience.

As part of the digital design team, I created a range of projects including email marketing designs, social media content, and web design initiatives—leveraging Figma to craft elegant, on-brand digital experiences.


Website Design

At Waterworks, I served as the primary UI designer for the brand’s website, where I played a key role in modernizing the company’s design processes by introducing Figma into the UI workflow.


  1. Modernized UI workflow by transitioning design from Photoshop to Figma

  2. Initiated a Brand Design System in Figma

  3. Led design for monthly homepage updates, a location page refresh, and multiple product-focused landing pages annually

  4. Streamlined designer–developer collaboration through shared Figma files and improved handoff processes

The Highlights

Patina & Living Finishes

Many Waterworks products are crafted from unlacquered metals that naturally develop a patina over time—a finish that evolves with use and adds character to each piece.

To help explain this to customers, I designed the Patina & Living Finishes page. It highlights the beauty of living finishes, offers care tips, and serves as a helpful tool for showroom reps to guide conversations about product aging and maintenance.

Locations Page Updated

We redesigned the Showroom Locations page to improve usability and reflect Waterworks’ modern aesthetic. I led the UX approach by introducing user flows and encouraging a more user-focused mindset within the team.

I also contributed significantly to the visual design, creating brand-aligned interface elements. Working with a large team, I helped focus broad ideas into a clear, effective design.

Homepage Updates

We update the homepage every 1–2 months to feature new products, brand stories, and key campaigns, keeping the site fresh and engaging.

During these updates, I’ve added reusable homepage components to the Waterworks Design System in Figma, helping maintain consistency and speed up future design work.

Patina & Living Finishes

Designed the Patina & Living Finishes page for Waterworks, in collaboration with the senior designer and development team, highlighting the beauty and care of evolving metal finishes.

Updated Locations Page

Led UX and visual design for Waterworks’ Showroom Locations page, improving usability and modernizing the brand experience.

Homepage Updates

Maintain and refresh the Waterworks homepage while building reusable Figma components to enhance consistency and efficiency.

Email Campaigns

As the primary email designer at Waterworks, I created 2–3 branded campaigns weekly, using Photoshop for design and Mailchimp for deployment. My work focused on visually engaging layouts that supported product launches, designer highlights and brand storytelling.
