  • Multiple people can be added to a Trello board for collaboration

Todoist is a calendar and project planner, with associated project views and task completion systems.

  • Free plan offers up to 5 project boards

  • Tasks can be assigned to boards based on priority, date, etc.

  • Sub-tasks can be associated with each task

  • Karma system tracks task completion consistency

  • User's karma level can increase by passing point milestones

Surveys

As part of the research for addHere, we sent out a survey 30 people ages 20-30 to understand their experience with remote work.

From the surveys, we learned that even though remote work is very prominent in today’s society, with 94.1% of surveyed individuals saying they had worked on a team remotely, there is still a large number of people who struggle collaborating in a remote space. We wants to reduce that percentage, as people often find the quality of collaborative work is greater than the quality of work made individually.

Home Base

  • Lists all projects the employee is on

  • Employee is able to see all company projects, which will help them understand the workload of other team members, and allow them to offer help if workload is low

Side Navigation

  • Side navigation includes profile and status. Being able to update status helps communicate what the employee is currently working on, and allows a space to add the personal feel back into remote work

  • Global navigation includes links to Assigned Tickets, Work History, Chats, Work History, and Settings for easy access
